Apple
ABOUT
Overview
While working at VisualHero I got to work on another extremely talented team at Apple. Working with them across two distinct projects, the work spanned both consumer facing and internal experiences. Redesigning the in store booking flow for customers while also building internal iPad tools used daily by Apple Store teams. Unfortuntely the store is no longer live and the internal tools are NDA. But feel free to ask me anything about the projects.

Research & Process

Each project required its own research foundation. For the booking experience, the focus was on understanding the customer journey, identifying pain points, and innovating the experience while respecting long held patterns users were already familiar with. For the internal tools, the work involved mapping how store staff actually operated day to day and where existing tools were creating friction. Those insights drove every UI decision, ensuring each interface was shaped by real workflow needs rather than assumption.
Design Standards
Core principles were established early to anchor both projects: clarity, speed, and consistency. Strict adherence to Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and internal design libraries ensured every screen felt native to the ecosystem and met the standard the brand demands.
